Buy Side M&A

We help raise capital to finance growth, provide liquidity to shareholders, or fund an acquisition strategy. We maintain a proprietary database of lenders, enabling us to identify the most appropriate financing structure and sources. We have expertise in obtaining SaaS based credit lines to provide clients with flexible financing while minimizing dilution.
Hank Nelson is the Managing Director of Monadnock Advisors. Hank has participated and managed M&A and financial transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $200 million in public and private markets.
Prior to Monadnock, Hank was CEO and a Director of ClearStory Systems and INSCI Corp. Hank was a co-investor in Vitalworks and managed its sale to InfoCure. Hank was also instrumental in the growth of InterQual and subsequent sale to McKesson/Access Health.
Hank holds FINRA 62,63 and 79, (Investment Banking) securities licenses and is a Certified Merger and Acquisitions Advisor, CM&AA.
He is a graduate of Northeastern University and lives in Scituate Massachusetts. He enjoys reading, cycling, golf, and deep sea fishing.
